Dharma Immersion: A Six-Day Yoga & Noble Silence Retreat June 21–26, 2027
With Sarah Sol and Oren Davidson
Green Rock Retreat Center Central Oregon High Desert.
A retreat for yoga teachers, service professionals, and dedicated practitioners seeking to reconnect with what truly matters through yoga, noble silence, community, and contemplative practice.
Introduction
There comes a point in every life of service when doing more is no longer the answer.
For those who spend their lives holding space for others—teaching, healing, parenting, leading, listening, or simply showing up with an open heart—it becomes essential to occasionally step away from the constant demands of daily life and return to the source of their own practice.
Dharma Immersion was created as a place to return.
Not to become someone new, but to remember who you are beneath the roles you carry. Beneath the responsibilities, the expectations, and the endless stream of decisions. A place to reconnect with the steady inner knowing that yoga has always pointed toward.
Over six days, we'll explore what it means to live in alignment with our dharma—not as an abstract philosophy, but as something experienced through the body, the breath, the mind, and the quiet moments in between. Through yoga practice, meditation, contemplative inquiry, meaningful conversation, and periods of noble silence, we'll create space for insight to arise naturally rather than forcing it to appear.
This retreat isn't about finding answers as much as it is about learning to ask better questions.
Together, we'll practice listening more deeply—to ourselves, to one another, and to the wisdom that becomes available when we stop filling every moment with noise.
Whether you're a yoga teacher seeking to reconnect with the roots of your practice, a service professional longing for renewal, or simply someone drawn toward a quieter and more intentional way of being, Dharma Immersion offers a rare opportunity to pause, reflect, and remember what truly matters.
Our dharma isn't something we create. It's something we learn to stop talking ourselves out of.
An Invitation
Perhaps you've recognized something of yourself in these pages.
Maybe you're feeling the need to step away from the pace of everyday life. Maybe you're longing to reconnect with your practice, to spend time in thoughtful community, or simply to listen more closely to the quiet wisdom that's so often drowned out by the demands of daily living.
Whatever has brought you here, trust that.
You don't need to have all the answers before you arrive. You don't need to know exactly what you're hoping to find. If something in you has been quietly saying "yes" as you've read these words, perhaps that's enough.
We would be honored to welcome you to Dharma Immersion and to share this experience alongside you.
