The Daily Rhythm

The way we spend our days shapes the way we experience our lives. During Dharma Immersion, each day is intentionally designed to balance movement and stillness, solitude and community, practice and integration. Rather than filling every hour, the schedule creates space for practice to unfold naturally.

Silent Meditation at Dawn

We begin each morning in stillness, allowing the mind to settle before the day begins. Meditation offers an opportunity to arrive fully, cultivating awareness that carries into every practice that follows.

Sunrise Asana

Morning yoga awakens the body with mindful movement, breath, and attention. Each practice is thoughtfully sequenced to support stability, presence, and an embodied understanding of the day's teachings.

Family-Style Brunch

Our meals are simple, nourishing, and shared together. Whether in conversation or in silence, gathering around the table becomes another opportunity to practice presence, gratitude, and connection.

Afternoon Practice & Inquiry

Afternoons are devoted to philosophy, self-inquiry, journaling, partner exploration, group discussion, and time in nature. Together, we'll explore yoga as a living practice—one that continues long after the retreat ends.

Light Lunch

A lighter midday meal offers nourishment while preserving the spacious rhythm of the day.

Evening Practice

As the day begins to soften, we'll return to embodied practice through restorative yoga, meditation, contemplative movement, or guided reflection. Evening sessions invite us to integrate the day's experiences and settle into quiet.

Family-Style Dinner

We gather once again around the table, honoring the simple ritual of sharing a meal together.

Fire, Story & Reflection

As evening settles over the high desert, we'll often gather beneath the stars around the fire. Some nights may include storytelling, music, or shared reflection. Others may simply invite us to sit together in quiet, allowing the spaciousness of the day to continue unfolding.
