Who Belongs Here

Dharma Immersion is for those who recognize that yoga is more than something we do on a mat. It's for those who understand that practice becomes meaningful when it begins to shape how we move through the rest of our lives.

While this retreat is rooted in the traditions of yoga, it isn't limited to yoga teachers. It welcomes anyone who feels called to explore their life with greater awareness, honesty, and intention.

Many participants will be yoga teachers seeking to reconnect with the deeper purpose of their teaching. Others may be therapists, healthcare professionals, educators, caregivers, nonprofit leaders, or people whose work asks them to continually offer presence, compassion, and care. Still others may simply be dedicated practitioners who feel ready to step away from the pace of everyday life and devote themselves more fully to practice.

You don't need to have everything figured out before you arrive.

You don't need to be the most experienced practitioner in the room, nor do you need to arrive with certainty about what you're seeking.

What matters most is a willingness to be present.

To be curious instead of certain.

To listen as deeply as you speak.

To practice with humility.

To meet yourself—and others—with generosity and respect.

Dharma Immersion is intentionally intimate. The conversations are thoughtful. The silence is meaningful. The practices are designed not to impress, but to transform through steady, sincere attention.

We arrive not as experts, but as students of our own lives.
