Cancellation Policy

We understand that life is unpredictable and that unexpected circumstances can arise. Because planning a retreat requires significant advance commitments for lodging, meals, and staffing, the following policy allows us to honor those commitments while remaining as fair as possible.

• A non-refundable deposit of $1,000 is required to reserve your space.

• Payment plans are available.

• All retreat balances must be paid in full 30 days prior to the start of the retreat. Unpaid reservations will not be held beyond 30 days prior to the retreat.

• Participants who pay their tuition in full by cash, check, or Venmo will receive a $100 discount.

If you need to cancel your registration, please let us know as soon as possible. If we're able to fill your space from the waitlist, we'll make every effort to refund your tuition beyond the non-refundable deposit, less any unrecoverable costs already incurred on your behalf.

Because we make financial commitments well in advance of the retreat, we cannot offer refunds for cancellations due to illness, injury, family emergencies, travel delays, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. For this reason, we strongly encourage all participants to purchase travel insurance to help protect their investment.

If Rogue Valley Yoga cancels the retreat for any reason, all payments, including your deposit, will be refunded in full.
