Yin Yoga
Our Yin classes explore the receptive side of practice—not as passive stretching, but as a steady cultivation of inner awareness. Here, “yin” reflects a quality of being: quiet, attentive, and resilient.
Through longer-held, supported shapes and intentional stillness, we shift from doing to listening—tuning into the breath, the nervous system, and the more subtle layers of experience. This approach builds a grounded, sustainable strength without force or urgency.
Rather than seeking intensity, Yin invites honesty, curiosity, and care. Over time, it expands our capacity for patience, empathy, and resilience—both on and off the mat.
While each class may vary in style, all are rooted in this shared intention: to reconnect with the quieter, receptive intelligence within.

Yin & Restore is a nourishing, meditative practice designed to deepen concentration through extended stretches, mindful pranayama, and restorative postures. Students are guided to honor their physical boundaries while gently exploring their edge. It’s an ideal way to quiet the busy mind and soften long-held tension in the body.
During the colder months, classes are candlelit and kept slightly warmer than regular sessions, supporting safe flexibility and ease without strain.

Vin Yin blends the warmth of a steady vinyasa flow with the quiet depth of yin yoga. The first half of class builds gentle heat through mindful movement and breath, linking postures in a slow, accessible flow. The second half shifts into longer-held yin poses to release tension in the connective tissues and invite deep stillness.
Expect a balanced practice that leaves you both energized and deeply relaxed. Suitable for all levels, including newer students.
