Sunday Sliding-scale: Community Practice
Our Sunday Sliding-scale classes are an open invitation into the heart of our studio. These rotating, seasonal offerings may include a range of styles—from guided classes to supportive self-practice hours—giving you space to explore what resonates.
All Sunday classes are included in memberships and class packages, with sliding scale drop-ins to keep things accessible. It’s a great entry point if you’re new, returning, or looking to shift your practice.
Sundays also create space for new and emerging teachers, including our graduating trainees stepping into their first classes.
At their core, these classes are about connection—community, shared practice, and a steady place to land at the end of the week.

Movement & Meditation
This class weaves together gentle movement, pranayama, and seated meditation to guide the mind inward. We begin with accessible, modified sun salutations and simple postures that awaken the body, regulate the breath, and release restlessness. The movement is approachable for all levels and serves as preparation rather than performance.
From there, we shift into focused breathwork and guided meditation. With the body settled and the breath refined, attention naturally gathers, creating the conditions for concentration and quiet observation.
No experience is necessary. This class is welcoming to everyone—from active meditators looking to deepen their practice to those who are simply meditation-curious and wondering where to begin.

Supported Self-Practice
This session revives the tradition of shared, independent practice within community. A quiet, open studio space for self-led yoga, it begins with a brief invocation, after which students practice independently, with an instructor available for support only if and when requested.
This non-competitive, no-pressure community practice offers space for integration and exploration. Students are welcome to arrive at any time and leave before the end—there is no expectation to stay for the full session. Practice in any way that serves you, from yin or restorative to vigorous vinyasa, structured alignment work, or quiet meditation. Please arrive and leave mindfully to minimize distraction.
All levels are welcome; students brand new to yoga may find more support in a guided class before joining this format. Sliding scale; all class packages accepted.
