Restorative Classes
Restorative yoga invites a conscious release softening of body, mind, and spirit. Accessible to all levels, it uses props to support easeful postures where the muscles can release over time. With gentle breathwork and guided meditation, the practice down-regulates the nervous system and fosters deep, nourishing rest.
