What to Expect
A deeply nourishing one-on-one session!
Pranassage is a restorative, creative synthesis of yoga and bodywork that produces deep states of relaxation in the receiver. In a Pranassage session, the practitioner will assist you in a series of restorative yoga postures while you, the client, maintain a state of effortless, relaxed, full body awareness. Guided meditations and pranayama (breath techniques) may be offered to further explore the mind-body connection.
Like Thai massage modalities, sessions are clothed and on a comfortable, cushioned floor mat while various degrees of pressure, movement, and assisted stretches are applied. Loose, comfortable yoga clothing is recommended. For your comfort, refrain from hard buckles, zippers, and belts.

T.J. was born in Santa Cruz, CA, where he grew up immersed in the performing arts. However, it was his journey into wellness and holistic practices that truly defined his path. While yoga has always been a significant aspect of his life, it was his discovery of Pranassage that transformed his approach to healing and bodywork.
After years of rigorous training in various yoga disciplines, T.J. became captivated by Pranassage—a practice that uniquely blends yoga and massage to promote relaxation, energy flow, and deep healing. His passion led him to pursue advanced studies in this innovative technique, which integrates the principles of yoga with the therapeutic benefits of bodywork.
Over the years, T.J. has continued to deepen his practice, integrating elements of Yoga Nidra and his vast knowledge of yoga philosophy into his bodywork. His goal is to empower individuals, helping them reconnect with their inner selves and heal on multiple levels.
