Lauren Wagenseller is a CA transplant. She moved to Ashland Oregon hungry to learn more about this great tradition. Lauren graduated from Sarah Sol’s teacher training in 2018 and hit the ground running. She was hired to teach regular flow classes soon after at Rasa Yoga center. Lauren also completed a work-study mentorship with Sarah Sol’s where she assisted Sarah in the 2019 Teacher Training.

She completed a kids yoga teacher training and is offering children’s yoga both privately and in small groups.

Now a local to Ashland, Lauren Wagenseller is the Manager of RVY and continues to learn and teach.
