Cindy Walker

Cindy Walker B.A. eRYT, CLC is a Registered Yoga Teacher and Life Coach with over 25 years of teaching experience and exploration in the yoga and coaching world.  She teaches a variety of yoga styles, including Vinyasa, Kundalini, Gentle, Yin, Restorative, Chair, and Therapeutic, Ball Therapy, and several meditation practices.  She is known for her eclectic flair, which weaves elements from these many styles into her classes. You never quite know what she will pull out of her sleeve, but you can definitely expect very cool tunes, a wonderful whole-body workout, and a deep Zen stretch to finish.  Following the eight limbs of Yoga theory, Cindy focuses on breathwork, soothing movement, creative imagery, humor, psychology, and powerful meditation and deep relaxation practices.

Inspired by movement from a young age, she has a degree in Movement Therapy and Psychology. She has completed numerous yoga certifications from the White Lotus Foundation, Sean Corn, Erich Schiffman, Shiva Rea, Tia Little, Joel Kramer, Bryan Kest, Paul Grilley, Cheri Clampett, and Judith Lasater.

When not doing yoga on the mat, Cindy works with clients around the globe to practice yoga of the mind.  Working with the principles of neuroplasticity, she skillfully uses many tools in her coaching toolbox to release old patterns of thinking and behavior, replacing them with new ones to meet the needs of any given profession, relationship, or life endeavor.

Cindy lives with her husband, daughter, and two pooches in the hills of Ashland.  She loves gardening, cooking, entertaining and being in nature.
